This audio represents my audio self as it involves two things I'm interested in: conspiracies and editing. My partner Mia and I decided to discuss the "disappearance" of celebrities as it's a topic we both indulge in online. We wanted to choose something both entertaining and relevant as those are two important factors in making impactful digital content. The audio principles we payed attention to the most were monitoring the amplitude of our voices paired with the music, the use of microphones, and finding a song that's tempo matched the overall ambience of the audio (Chapter 10, Multimedia Foundations) The first was rather difficult as we often found our audio clipping at red from the podcast studio microphones so we had to adjust the volume of our voices into the green zone. Finally, the song we chose from Pixabay matched the eery vibe of the discussion while not distracting from our conversation as we faded the track in and out. Overall, our mp3 encapsulates what we have learned on Adobe Audition so far with our own personal touch.
